I used pearl blonde before, and it was great for a subtle toning. After I grew out my hair to half my back I went and bleached it blonde again from dark blonde, and unfortunately as it so often happens we didn’t want to push it and it was a bit orange and my hair oxidized and became SO orange / yellow / brassy and the toner from the salon really didn’t take. My stylist recommended I do this before my next appt so we don’t have to rebleach hair so close together. I did this for about ten minutes after shampoo and left it on and it really toned down a lot of the orange. After that I shampooed and k18 and conditioned etc full abbey yung method. Next wash day I will do the same but I will leave it on for a lot longer. Probably up to 30-40 minutes. Unsure why it was turning peoples hair green, maybe it was a reaction with previous hair dye in their hair. If your hair is bleached and not colored I think you’ll be fine. At least for me it was great.

My hair is naturally dry and I have highlights, so I look for products that add moisture without making my hair heavy. This conditioner worked well for that. The texture is smooth and easy to spread, and it rinses clean without leaving a coating. After using it, my hair felt softer and looked shinier, especially in the highlighted sections that usually look dull. The shine lasts a couple of weeks, and it doesn’t make my hair greasy. A good option if your hair needs moisture and a little boost in brightness.

Tone down brassiness of blonde, nice.

I wish I would’ve left this on for 30 mins. I left mine in for 20 mins, although the bottle says 10. Nothing is going to happen in 10 mins, that’s why there are so many negative reviews saying this does nothing. I do see results and you can see in the picture I provided but it’s still not a tone I like. It’s still too golden for me but I will say, it did something. I took off two stars, one because I used the whole bottle in one sitting, and one because I think the directions should tell you to leave the product on longer. I chose pearl blonde because I wanted a brighter blonde but maybe I should’ve went with vanilla lights but I thought my hair was more yellowy than orangey but now my ends are orangey. I don’t know if I’ll give vanilla lights a try or go back to my go to Kristen Ess smoky topaz. Still deciding but overall I think this is an okay product, my hair feels soft and it did lift the golden tone I didn't like, just not enough. I would leave the product on for much longer than directed.

I liked this product. I have recently had my hair bleached. I loved the color but was disappointed that the stripping made my hair dry. The GLAZE worked wonders to combat the dryness. My hair is soft and shining, and i love it! ❤️

This did nothing it said, no lightening, no shine/gloss, no silky feel. Absolutely zero anything the bottle said for the intended purpose for natural hair color that I have. And it is overpriced considering.

Stained my tub bright blue and the color on my tub lasted much longer than what it was supposed to do for my hair! I feel like this worked a bit in lessening the brassiness of my highlights, but it did not last more than a few days at best. It is more labor intensive (not including the tub cleaning labor) than using a purple shampoo with about the same results. I was hoping for something that would allow me to extend my time between salon visits as it claims to do. But, this is not it. Looks like I will be a "shimmer lights" girly forever.

I really like this product. I was skeptical at first but after the first two times of using it I knew I was hooked. I have the kind of hair that picks up the brassy redness tones. I am a light dirty blonde transitioning into my silver hair and this product takes all the brassiness out and it lasts pretty much 2 weeks before I have to use it again. It does exactly what it says it does. I highly recommend this product and I will continue to use it myself.

Pearl Blonde worked wonders on my daughter’s blonde hair. It helped tone down the yellow and left her colour looking brighter. The shine is incredible, her hair catches the light beautifully. I got one in my shade and we did the gloss treatments together on a girls night. So much left over in the bottles so we will be making it a regular event!

I really wanted to get rid of the orange tones in my hair before resorting to hair dye (I’ll have to anyway due to my roots) but I think it’s done an alright job. Gave 1 star less due to the awful packaging. I ended up cutting it open because there was no way I was getting it all out. If you have arthritis I’d highly suggest emptying what you need into a bowl first. I got 2 applications out of the bottle.
