My question is once the brackets are mounted, how do you hide, or where do you place the speaker wires to have a clean look?

It says tilt and swivel but looks like the mount will either tilt vertically or left to right not both at the same time (down and to the right)?

You are right, bought this and it only till in horizontal or vertical directions. You can’t move in both directions at once
