Shopped a lot of these. Man, some of them must be made out of gold! Found this one at a reasonable price point, so took a chance. Super impressed. Very well made, well thought out. Chrome is beautiful, design is superb. This was for a retrofit over concrete. We had to jackhammer out the concrete anyway, so we added a 2" ABS elbow and pipe coming up under where the mounting bracket will be. This allows me to connect some 1/2" X 48" braided lines inside the pipe and feed water from a nearby wall. I made a template of the bracket out of sheet metal, then made 5/16" anchor bolts and attached them to the plate. When we poured the concrete back I stabbed the anchor bolts and they are perfectly positioned to accept the bracket. Super stable. Then the escutcheon covers all that up. Looks great!

Wow, couldn't be more pleased with this purchase. The packaging was fantastic and kept the beautiful polished chrome faucet in pristine condition. I looked at a lot of faucets, mostly the well-known name brands (Moen, Kohler, Delta, etc.). The prices were sky high for those, so took a chance on this Artiqua faucet and I'm so glad I did. It was the perfect style that I was looking for - a sleek, modern design with an attached wand for spraying. It is all metal construction and the quality of workmanship is beautiful. It feels very heavy duty. The hot and cold water hoses that came with ours are shorter than our needs since our house is on a pier and beam foundation. We will connect the hoses to piping under the house, so we contacted the company and were greeted by some of the best customer service I could have asked for! Ling took care of our request to order longer hoses, and with just a quick text and an email, we were all set. So very easy! Honestly, the quality of this faucet really seems exceptional. Do not be afraid to purchase one for yourself because of the low price compared to the name brands. I can tell you the quality is every bit as good. I will post an update and operating video when we get it installed next week after our shower glass is installed. Can't wait to try it out!

Great after sales services. The hoses came with the set was a little too long for our installations and the seller agreed to send us another set with the right length. Product looks great, will review after installations.

Tub filler looks and feels very good quality. Considering the big brands like Kohler / Moen / Delta are for some reason all over $1000, this is a bargain.

I purchased the chrome. It is beautiful and sturdy. Gives an elegant modern look in my new build! My supply lines were too long so I called customer service and they are helping me with that. The lady on the line was super nice. So I haven’t got to use it yet, but I will get to soon!

This tub filler has been a great buy for us. It was 1/3rd the price of the "name" brands and delivers equal or better performance, appearance and ease of installation. The supple lines were too short (not their fault) but they custom made and shipped me new ones within a week. I highly recommend this filler

This product is beautiful, arrive quickly, and has great customer service! BUT, it took hours and additional labor with the way it was sent. The product was sent with water supply hoses that are too long. This would mean that they would extend past the mounting plate and into the floor since they are not flexible enough to coil back. The directions clearly show the supply hoses are connected just above ground level but the hoses they sent are too long for this. My plumber roughed in the way the directions showed but then had use CUT out part of the tile which I then had to patch since the hoses were 3" too long. Still having issues I called the company and they said "Oh yes we can just send you the size you need" the customer service on this issue was fantastic, the hoses were overnighted and worked perfect once here. The size I needed isn't custom it's just the length of the faucet and mounting plate so I'm not sure why the longer hoses were sent to begin with however it would have save and incredible about of time and labor. With all of this being said, I would order this faucet again and would recommend it however I would ask for the correct hose sizes immediately!

Bought two. One had leaks and the other works fine. Had to pay a plumber twice for the bad one...install and then removal. Not sure I would recommend based on the cost of the plumber. He called it junk but the second one has been fine for last eight months.
