This is going to be used for my event rental business. So far with doing test runs it is amazing! This machine gets alcoholic beverages cold pretty quickly! Within 20 minutes I was able enjoy my first alcoholic slush. Clean up is very easy, since there aren’t too many parts. I will say be prepared to have some tools on hand to open the package, as it arrives in a heavy duty box to protect it through travel, which is great! But I had to go out and get a crowbar to open it. I’m located in Florida so I am curious how well this will hold up at outdoor events, but so far I am very impressed with how quick and smart the machine is for regulating temperatures. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

Easy to assemble, use and keep clean. Worth every penny I spent. We use this daily at work. Instructions for use are clear. It was also a huge hit at the Fourth of July bash with kool aid slushie for our young guests. Would buy again and again. Thank you for this excellent quality product!

Did exactly what the instructions said. After unboxing let it sit upright for at least 24 hours! I did that for 36 hours tried to make the kids slushies and it will not get cold! Let it sit upright for another 48 hours and tried to make margaritas and the same thing never got cold, matter of fact it gets hotter! Tried and tried to get customer support and that’s a joke phone number tells you to leave a text msg at the number you just called?? I did not response, emailed the company, and yet again no response! Would definitely not recommend!! Would give zero stars if I could.

This is a great product. My family has enjoyed it a lot especially with all the hot weather we have had. The slushies really hit the spot. It is easy to clean and easy to use. Make sure your sugar content of the juice or drink mix that you are freezing is greater than 4% and your wine, beer, and cocktails must have an alcohol content ranging from 2.8%-16%. and chilling your juice or drink mix before you start, speeds the process up and works great! Highly recommend.

Works great. Makes quick slushie in 35 minutes. Very easy to use. Just fill up to the line or fill half way. Then turn it on and select slushie. Then if your liquid is watery I would select 5 and if your liquid is thicker then I would select 3. You have to make sure nothing is blocking the vents and it does produce lots of heat while starting to freeze the drink. There is a FLAW in the SAFETY design feature that will cause your unit to FLASH and the buttons won't function. It happened to me and I ordered another unit to replace it. That when I found the DESIGN FLAW. There is a CLEAR TAB behind the container that sticks out. That pushes in a switch in the machine, then it will work. Somehow it broke off. I never drop the container. So the machine works great but be careful if you encounter your unit flashing. You can fix it by using a q-tip. Cut it to length. Fill in the switch port and tape it. You machine will work again. I'm sure theres going to be lots of returns on this issue but its fixable with my tip, so you don't need to return this machine.

Bought this as a gift and they love it! It is easy to use, quiet, simple to clean, and quick to feeeze the drinks from fruit slushies for the kids to frozen beer and margaritas for the adults. It was simple to set up and so easy my 4 yr old granddaughter knows how to refill her cup.
