Hands off to the manufacturer. Assembly was easy - we used both the instruction manual and the video found under the item description on this page. It is the video that is 19 minutes and change. Wouldn’t have wanted to assemble with the tools that came with it. I have no doubt they would have worked but using our own wrenches and allen socket made things much faster. The hardware was labeled so well that there was little chance you could botch it. It was also separated by which step in the assembly you were on (total 15 steps). We were not missing so much as a washer which was a relief. Total time with 2 of us about 3 hours. This thing does so much - and is extremely sturdy/heavy. Will add to review once I have used it for a few weeks. Very excited thus far!

I highly recommend the home gym, the quality can't be beat. It is fully adjustable, I don't know how durable it is yet because we just started using it. We love the wide range of exercises we can do. Assembly was easy and the way they packaged the screws, washers and bolts to match each step was invaluable because it does come in many parts. Watch videos of product for better idea. Our delivery all came in one day, 4 days ahead of schedule. remember, the packages are heavy and large, we received 4 in total. hope this helps. Enjoy

Nice machine, works for people 5 foot 3 to 6 feet tall. Instruction manual provides quality drawings and ordered steps which the hardware packages match. Note: look at the last steps to get the cables on the correct side of the pulley. Did have a part that was lost in shipping(7lb part broke thru the box) BUT sent chat and heard back immediately. Piper had the replacement to me within days.

The gym comes in 4 separate packages. Shipping was fast. The ONLY reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the instructions. You must watch the 20 minute video because the the enclosed instructions are not very clear. Took my husband about 5 hours total to put together. He only needed my help when it was time to install the cables. Great value for money and super happy with our purchase

My order was placed April 30 , delivery date promised May 6 thru 8 , this is May 4th and i need to get busy as all 4 boxes are on my porch. Not yet opened but every thing looks good . Thanks , Steve So i got busy and put together my new gym, buy myself at 72 , and working slow and reading the instructions carefully it took me maybe 6 to 7 hours. Shipping and receiving tell you not a scratch or ding on anything. All parts there, and once finished it looks great. Have tried a few exercises so far and to say the smoothness of motion is there, quiet and sturdy , good price , would recommend to anyone. Like i said im 72, 6 foot 3, this is working great for me

Bought this home gym, very first one, during Amazon days. It is well worth the price and is of a good quality for home use - expect years of use. Really liked the product support that occurred via email. Rather work out at home then visiting a public gym.

Solidly built. Very impressed. All the parts and pieces were intimidating, but it was easy to put together thanks to clearly written instructions and the brilliant assembly video. The bolts were even labeled per step, really well done! Amazon’s video player is terrible though, much easier to watch on youtube, just search for “sportsroyal home gym assembly” Also, I was missing a couple bushings, the seller was quick to respond and very helpful.

Missing weight plate. Other than that, it is okay.
