Never again...
Great until it falls apart...then the company doesn't stand behind it! We'll never buy from this company again! Carefully washed, stored, as per the instructions - a few weeks in the top separated, and the gel/freeze element was released. Wrote the company, and the response (AI generated) was that they would do nothing BECAUSE WE BOUGHT THEIR PRODUCT THROUGH AMAZON!!!! Whether we bought it from them, Amazon or a brick and mortar retailer, the company should stand behind it. Tells me all I need to know about this company: good product until it falls apart, poorly managed company. We will never buy from them again. Shame about poor management...

Colors way off
Unfortunately, the colors do not match the colors in the product images. I'm a big fan of these cups, but only have gray and OD green. We wanted to spice up the colors a bit, especially so guests wouldn't get confused with the multiples of two colors we have now. The gray is darker than the gray in the pic, the green is actually pretty close, but the dark blue is actually a dull gray/blue, and the red is very orange. We were especially bummed about the red, which is my woman's favorite color. :( I'm returning these and will order another set with different colors. Hopefully I have better luck next time (and will update my review if so).
