How long will it keep (in fridge) once opened

I’ve kept in a jar in the fridge for a few months

Is this one made in japan or china? i saw from the product description above it said that this is chinese cuisine so i am not very sure.

I don't buy from China so they must be Japanese. Really tasty but surprisingly don't have a very long shelf life.

How to store once opened

Keep in a jam jar with airtight life and use as required.....

God we love this!

After having a delicious salmon poke bowl on holiday I managed to track this down. Unlike my kids, I am not up to speed on sushi, so a bit late to the party. We LOVE this. It is absolutely gorgeous. I chose it up and put it on all sorts of dishes and salads.
