Good for hair dandruff
I really like it and I recommend it to those who have dandruff due to the dry scalp. It's really effective but the smell is strong so I have problem with that as the smell remains on my hair

I ordered this to make my own skin products! I’ve used it in drops for my dogs ears! I mix it with several different oils and supplements to create a wide range of useful products. Makes my skin feel great in my mixtures. My face is glowing after using this for months now. I’ve used it on the tips of my hair. Makes my hair feel great also. No more dry, tangled hair for me. It has no color, just clear and light weight! Glad I ordered two bottles!!

MCT oil not for consumption? But being used on a wooden board
To be frank, I have no idea. The item seems good. I am using it. For some reason, this MCT oil is used on a chopping board, but it says do not consume. Not sure why.
