Suction not as strong as I had hoped

Worked good at first but now, not quite a year later it won't charge. Wasn't used very often either. It's garbage!!! Do not waste your money on this!!!!!!!

It’s a great size and very light weight. So far it works well and has good suction. I tried to empty it after the first use but I couldn’t figure out how to get it open to clean it out. Maybe it’s just me because I’m all thumbs with this sort of thing. I’ll have to go back and read the manual for instructions and I’ll update if anything goes strangely in this regard. (Update: yep, i was an idiot. There were buttons on the side to release the container. I somehow missed seeing them previously.)It’s still a little louder than I’d like but it’s probably a standard level considering it’s a vacuum. The purchasing description says it’s wet/dry but the manual really doesn’t mention it being used to pick up wet stuff. (It just says not to submerge it in water.) So I’m not certain about that feature. The provided bag is handy and perfectly sized. There are not any storage pockets in the bag so the attachments, cord and vacuum are all thrown together in the bag.

I love the cordless vac. Best one I have had and have had a lot of them. This is my second Zerhunt because the first one stopped working unexpectedly and I don’t understand why. Need to discuss this with the manufacturer. It was 6 months old.

I was very excited for this vacuum because I have been looking for a wet/dry handheld vacuum for a while and saw some great reviews for this product. I bought this to vacuum my stairs, use for stray cat litter, and to vacuum the car. So far, I have used it for stairs and a little bit of cat litter. At first, it worked okay, I am not a huge fan of the power button placement; i accidentally turned it off multiple times. It wasnt really sucking up pieces on the stairs, but it was picking up dirt. I could tell by looking at the filter. Since it wasnt picking up larger pieces I tried to feel how much suction power it had- barely any. I thought maybe it was because it was starting to get hot (after 10 minutes of use) so I turned it off and went back to it about 10 minutes later. I noticed that the dirt was getting stuck at the top so I tried to take it apart and clean it out. I guess you cant take the filter out? Because I wasnt able to, I had to hit it with the nozzle to get the dirt to come loose and fall through the bottom. The only thing I was actually happy about it picking up was a little bit of cat litter. I dont know if mine is just weird and I need to shake it while using to make sure the dirt doesnt settle, but it is very annoying and i am debating returning it before giving it another chance.

This vacuum’s sucking is pathetic. The other great features like battery life, weight, compact, convenience are all outweighed but the fact that this thing simply doesn’t vacuum. It’s terrible. It has very little to no suction. Even after a thorough cleaning it still can’t pick up much. Forget about using it in the car. Does terrible on carpet.

Only worked 3 months then stopped charging and dead altogether.

Surprisingly powerful small hand vac. Relatively quiet operation — Great suction — fits in tight storage areas.Primary use is for picking up the seed hulls, feathers, and assorted 'stuff' from naturally messy pet birds. For this purpose, this is a great machine.Wish it had a bigger dust cup, but we realize that this would add weight and bulk to the vacuum (and, probably, the price), so we're happily using the vac and emptying the dust cup frequently.Does a good job of picking up hair from shaggy dogs, also . . . Would recommend for the afore-described purposes.
