I was using it for a while now and the quality is still good. Boils water quickly, making it easier to make a drink. The light shows up blue once you start turning it on, and turns off once the boiling is done. Filter is easy to clean. It looks stylish and fit for a modern kitchen.

Only had it for a few days, but I love the looks and the weight, which is lighter than my previous Smeg. It boils quite fast, and it is reasonably quiet, which are ALL plus marks in my book. It pours easily, and the lid lifts off completely, which are again sensible features. I've owned 3 x Smeg kettles, and they are absolutely NOT worth the current retail price. None of them lasted past two years, and all suffered the same switch problem. It's just not acceptable. That is why I decided to look at another brand. There are a few Smeg lookalikes out there and plenty to rival them in looks and features - never mind the price!! IMHO, no kettle should cost more than an air-fryer, which is far more technical! I settled on Russell Hobbs, and even if I only got a year out of this kettle, it would still be a massive saving over Smeg - in my book, that's a no-brainer. It does everything it says it does. It was a great price, and delivery was quick as well.

I got this kettle and it looks nice and works well,the only off-putting thing is that it’s plastic inside,I’ll continue to use it for now,but later might get a glass or no plastic at all kettle. That’s why I removed a star, I like the blue light and the price,and noise doesn’t bother me,only boil what I need anyhow.

Great kettle, very stylish on a worktop, boils extremely quickly. No issues at all really. Good purchase.

Bought a new 2 slot toaster as my 4 slot taking up too much space, on setting 3 gave me perfect browned toast just how I like it, Looks great and was a excellent price in Prime Sale

Love it with matching toaster they are good quality and great price. Kettle shows good water level so not to over fill also a led light to let you know it's on and automatic switch off when boild. Overall very happy with Kettle

Ordered as a replacement for our 4.5yr R&H of this exact model which served us well. Got the same one even though we live in Australia and this is the UK version, everything is practically the same including voltage. Arrived quicker than expected.

So far so good.

I had to go and buy an adaptor to make it work. The English plug does not work in Australia.
