Great Product Terrible Customer Experience
I purchased three bags of the Chex Mix Honey Nut Snack Mix. Unfortunately one of the bags opened in transit and Amazon doesn’t offer refunds or credits in this situation. I discovered this after spending over an hour virtually chatting with three different representatives (they were having issues within the chat portal) and using a link they provided to send pictures. The bags that arrived undamaged are great tasting but having to accept a loss for a purchase that has to be thrown away isn’t pleasant at all.
