I always come back to this product. I like the smell and it doesn't weigh my hair down.

You don’t always need the newest or fanciest products. This one is truly tried and true. My grandmother used this on my hair when I was a little girl, and my hair was all the way down my back. I decided to get back to the basics, and I’m so glad I did. This keeps my scalp moisturized without causing buildup, and it makes my hair feel healthy and nourished. Some products come and go, but this one is a staple for a reason. Highly recommend!

my favorite of all the jars!! it seals in the moisture after i use my leave in so well! i struggle with dry hair cuz i’ve bleached it but this after leave in makes my hair feel so much softer afterwards. i deffo recommend

Thick, rich, and super moisturizing. I use it on my scalp and ends, and it helps with dryness and breakage. A little goes a long way, and the smell is nostalgic. Perfect for sealing in moisture definitely a staple in my routine.

I read the review about the lady that used this on her son's braids and later the hair had magically grown, wellll...IT'S TRUE!!! I bought this 3 weeks ago October 2012 and writing this November 2012 and I too have about 2 inches of new growth!!! Now, I am using on my eyelashes and it works on them too! (saw that tip on youtube). The biggest drawback is this product is mostly Petroleum Jelly! ugh! If you do not have #4 abc hair do not use this. Us 4's need heavier conditioners and oils to weigh our hair down since it is so soft, like cotton (yet others DO NOT want heavy products). But I'm a girl from the 70's where "grease" rules. I am not a fan of the smell, it's a sort of sweet flowery/powdery scent. I mix this with a great smelling hair pomade from the dollar store (a whip) that didn't work on my hair on it's own and voila! I have to make my own concoctions for my make-up too since I am mixed race. So, I bought this because I have been buying Blue Magic products all of my life. When I saw that it was "organic" castor oil I was sold. Yet, I was fooled because it's mostly a jar of vaseline (so don't even think about flat ironing your hair with this, the smoking point is very low). I suggest you save your money unless you truly are "old school" like me (grease and water braid outs). Not too many of us out there. It did grow my hair BETTER than Jamaican Black Castor oil (that took about 2 months) this product would be perfect for guys with braids or little ones that need that extra moisture. I'm finishing out my jar on my eyelashes, cuticles, feet, and elbows. And once a week on my scalp after I shampoo since it's that heavy. Hope my review helps. Oh! The ultimate test for me was "broken bangs", as girls we have always had breakage right at the front hair line that NOTHING seems to fix, This did. Now I have even bangs, and I am very pleased with that!

I for one cannot use oils Shea butter and masks etc.they break, harden and thin my hair. I recently started using the blue one and in less than two weeks, my hair has CHANGED. It is soft to the touch has THICKENED and looks and feels and IS more healthier than ever before. I am excited about my hair again! I truly believe that today there is so much product out there that it makes the whole natural thing unnecessarily complicated not only that, people and companies are saying things and hawking products and pills that do NOT WORK that do not deliver on any of the promises. Anyhooooo, from the beginning, I refused to be bound by hair type etc and becoming a product whore(I know its a strong word) but some of us can get so tricked out because we are constantly looking for the idealistic curl pattern and length wanting to create hair envy and goals in others instead of being thankful for what we already have, but I digress. Over the course of 3 years I have tried different things but in those years I have only spent about 100-150 bucks trying new product while most of us spend hundreds to thousands of $$;and though I understand that we must to find out what works i feel that a lot of us just keep buying and buying until their bathroom and dresser looks like a beauty supply store. #ThatAintHot In the mean time, while most are still hunting for that ultra, expensive, all natural hair product, THE BLUE sits back, well establish in the hair game saying I'll Wait...... Lets get back to the BASICS .

It’s a good product I really like it

The hair grease is good; it's very creamy and a little goes a long way. It has castor oil which I love for hair growth and it's not too greasy which is good because I don't like hair products that will clog my pores on my face and scalp!
