Goodcook Sifter Kitchen Essentials, Medium, Silver

This sifter works exactly like the one my mom had when I was growing up. I wanted it to sift flour for cookies, and it worked great.

Don't need a sifter that often so ordered this cutie.....well made, easy to use and like the measurements on the side....

It is good for the money but if water touch it it ruined. it rust, I wash all my utensils every use, so it was waste of money for me.

Great design!! I usually get so bored sifting flour one painful atom at a time that I don't bother. Even when the recipe insists and gets revenge through a mammoth fail rate when I bypass this critical step. But like a foo, I decided, after a number of margaritas, to learn how to make something French called a "macaron". The French are clearly anally-retentive when it comes to their cookies. After a number of abysmal failures, I broke down and ordered this puppy. The little crank pours the flour through so fast, I can't even finish reading an article. Previous sifters meant I could finish a book while sifting. And everything is nice and fluffy, which I imagine to be the point. The macarons are still elusive little creatures, but I mess them up in half the time. A win!

The sifter is easy to clean - some other designs have several tiers of mesh and it's nearly impossible to remove the bits of flour that get caught in between. I've used this one a few times and it works exactly as I expected. I always wash the sifter by hand with hot soapy water and let it air dry completely and it doesn't have a speck of rust on it.

Easy to use and doesn't stick. The two wires are sturdy and get the job done with a minimum of fuss.
