The plant arrived very tiny. In about two months, it had outgrown the pot and had to be put in ground. It also had slot of little babies. Plant is black and gorgeous. I am reordering for third time. I live inBoca Raton and it’s pretty sunny and hot here

I was very disappointed when I received this plant. It came wilted and basically dead not happy. I try to give it life but it never bounces back to life.

Just received my plant and it looks amazing. My only disappointment is that Amazon delivery though it was a good idea to deliver it in my mailbox instead of to my door step. The reason this is so disappointing is we are in the middle of a winter storm. The dirt was ice cold when I retrieved my plant. Live plants should not be delivered to you mailbox but your front door.

My black magic elephant ears baby arrived today! It was packed well and I'm happy to report the two stems with leaves look healthy. The soil felt like it was just right; dry but not parched/crispy dry, so I think it was given just the right amount of moisture to make the trip to upstate NY. I'll be planting it in a pot so I can bring it in for fall/winter, and am doing my research to see if I can just keep it as an inside plant. I am SO not a gardener and have no experience growing plants indoors or outdoors, but I love elephants and dark "gothic" colored flowers and plants, and was drawn to this beautiful plant. This will be a test to see if I can unleash my inner dark green thumb! I can't wait to see the leaves get dark as it matures!

My lil Elephant Ear seedling came and died. Luckily I had another lil ear pop up but it’s the lone soldier. And it’s not just thriving like I thought it would. It’s doing great and under a grow light.. Hopefully this baby grows for me and grows big. My garden will be gorgeous! Edit!! My seedling is doing amazing. Thriving. Growing string. When one strives for a week or two. Then a new one forms. And grows overnight. The stalk is getting stronger and stronger. I love my Elephant Ear!!

Tiny tiny 2 leaf plant. I have no idea if it will survive. My opinion.... because shipping is extra.... not worth the money. Bought few days ago at home depot similar plant family. Quadruple the size $14.99 UPDATE; 2 days later the plant died!!! waste of money. plant was so small and jovenile to survive. I will never buy from this place again.
