This is a great product that strengthens your pelvic muscles. I do the exercises a few times a week and have seen improvement. I like the fact that your progress is tracked on the app so you can see the difference from your practices. I was extremely sceptical before buying this, but I needed something for incontinence problems. These excersises have helped.

At first I thought the games were a bit childish but now I find them cute and kind of addicting. I love the weight lifting game! The pelvic floor assesment is pretty cool to check your improvement. You can also control the device with your phone and play around with the ¨massage¨ function. That's definately my husband’s favorite part ;) I am starting to think that's actually why he bought it for me lol.

I was recommended to try this by my pelvic health physical therapist. According to her this is much better than just doing kegels and the weighted balls because of the biofeedback capabilities. There are other smart devices available but this one does the same as others without breaking the bank. Now I can see in real time if I am using my muscles correctly. I can already feel my pelvic muscles stronger, which is a great help with my prolapse. Thank you!
