This massage mat is a lifesaver. I have been having so many back and neck problems lately, I was overjoyed when I ordered this. I am very happy to say, this absolutely lived up to the joy. This is truly a head to toe (or probably mid-calf if you're tall) massager. The fact that it has 10 massagers is amazing right out of the gate. Your whole body is getting massaged and it is bliss. There are 9 different massage modes. A couple of the massage modes are a little too strong for me, but most of them are fantastic. It also has 3 heating modes. The heat combined with the deep massage is incredible. There is a separate lumbar pillow that can be hand pumped to however full you prefer. There is also a cover to go under your head for comfort and to keep the pillow clean. The BEST part is the neck massage. I almost cried with relief because it felt so good. I have tried a few pads like this, and this one is the best I have tried so far. The unboxing and set up are easy peasy. The instructions are also quite simple and easy to understand. The remote is simple to use and understand. There is a little pocket on the side of the mat to store the remote in. The piece de resistance: the neck and head part of the mat can be unzipped off of the main pad and used separately. This is so brilliant, making it so that if you don't want to set up the whole thing because you just want a good head and neck massage to relax, you can do that. It is super cool that when the whole mat is together, they plug in together as one. If you just want the head piece, that can easily be set up to plug in just that part. Also, there is a completely different set of buttons for the head piece, and they are on the pillow itself. So, if you want to change anything, just reach up to the right of your head (once you have the buttons memorized) and press a button. So, each part has their own controls. Finally, the mat comes with a nice, big zippered bag for easy storage, which will keep it nice and dust free in between uses. This whole kit seems well made and I expect that with good care, it should last for a long time. IMO, this mat lives up to all my expectations and is well-worth the price. This is not only great for you, but it would make an amazing gift for a bday or Christmas, etc.

This thing is a game changer in my house. My husband and I both enjoyed the mat it did wonders on our backs. I love that it comes with a bag organization is very important for me and I like that I can keep all of it in one spot it was also very easy to fit into the bag. I kept the directions just because it has the key that tells you what all the buttons are for. The quality of the mat is great I don’t have any doubts in the longevity of this thing. The vibration is amazing you can adjust the speed heat and pattern. It’s super easy to put together and use there’s also a little pocket for the remote. The real star of the show is the neck lumbar massager pillow. You can zip it off and put it on different areas of your back and it felt amazing! It’s a great mat to have I found that it was more comfortable to use it sitting down instead of laying down but that was a personal preference. I’m happy to have it all of the settings are adjustable and I think that’s a great and important feature. (
