Does this seem to help with UTI's?

Yes, with two disclaimers: 1) a mild UTI, caught early, and 2) you have to keep it up a while after symptoms are gone, like with an anti-biotic, so you don't get the bounce back. It helps to use some D-Mannose too, which is nice in your tea. This cranberry juice powder IS the best way to take cranberry juice, as it doesn't seem as sour as the 100% cranberry juice, AND you can easily add it to any other juice and dilute a bit.
