I bought this cream in April and have been using it for a month now. Combined with magnesium glycinate, my hot flashes, night sweats and anxiety have basically all disappeared. I'm SO happy! I am finally getting deep, restful sleep at night and not waking up feeling like a zombie. Using this twice a day is easy and the cream has a pleasant smell. I am in perimenopause (just turned 50) and have had irregular cycles for a while now - so I'm not sure how I should be using this. Can I use continuously or do I need to do 3 weeks on, 1 week off? I am not finding information on that, which would be helpful to know. Otherwise, I am very pleased with this product and will definitely buy again.

I LOVE this cream....and it works! This is my 2nd jar....I didn't reorder immediately after the first one ran out because I hadn't experienced any flashing. When I started flashing again, I thought "oh I'm out of my yam cream"! Immediately after digging into the 2nd jar ... flashing gone! Its easy to use, not at all greasy, doesn't have a strong fragrance and simply works!!!!

On day 2 I slept without sweating. I actually slept is a huge deal. Im still heaving sweats on day 6 but I definitely feel a change. The scent is pleasant and im someone extremely sensitive to smells. Its a lil greasy at first but absorbs in thebskin nicely. No complaints with the size of the container as you dont need much. It should last a while.

Firstly, I want to acknowledge the elephant I. The room and that is the labeling. Do you think it’s effective to be the font is smaller than my ex’s future? I can’t see the ingredients so therefore I’m not able to discern if the formulation is correct. What I can see after looking at the listing is the seller is not the manufacturer but I will still hold them accountable. Thinking this formulation is safe for skin is a huge assumption and me being a greasy facey, broke out almost within two days of using this on my face. My hot flashes are still present, so I can’t say it works but then again, it’s only day two. I’m willing to keep trying this and putting it on a different area of my body but definitely not impressed with the labeling. I can barely see the first few ingredients are the “actives” so that tips me off to the fact that the person who crafted this label does not know how ingredients should be listed. It feels somewhat silky, but that’s nothing special and not the mainstay of the product. It definitely left my face greasy. Yeah, it’s easy to apply but so is dirt when mixed with water. Wish this had better efficacy. Will update in a week.

I read other reviews cause I was desperate to sleep at night going through night sweats and being woke up almost every hour. This stuff has given me a full nights rest and I’m so thankful for the makers of the product. I don’t use a lot. A quick dab of it on my finger,not a scoop, and I’m good all night !!

Seems to be very good on the skin not cakey absorbs well and leaves skin soft and subtle
