WAVLINK AC1200 Outdoor WiFi Extender
I use this device on my RV and have had very good results at different locations. The final results will depend on the power of the originating ACCESS POINT. I WIFI connected the WAVLINK AC1200 Outdoor WiFi Extender to a satellite access point with excellent transmission. I configured the WAVLINK AC1200 Outdoor WiFi Extender WN572HP3 as a REPEATER. At 100 feet, the download speed was 98mbps and the upload speed was 36mbps. At 600 feet, the download speed was 34mbps and the upload speed was 16mbps. I then configured the WAVLINK AC1200 Dual Band WiFi Router 531P3-New as ROUTER MODE. I configured the router WAN using a static IP to match the extender IP. I configured the router LAN to use a different IP address and I enabled DHCP. I configured the GUEST NETWORK for additional isolation security. I connected the the cable to the router WAN port and to the extender power supply LAN port. I connected 2 different clients to the router GUEST NETWORK using WIFI. At 100 feet, the download speed was 90mbps and the upload speed was 30mbps. At 600 feet, the download speed was 30mbps and the upload speed was 16mbps. These are excellent products. The software is rock solid and hasn't crashed at all. The components are very well build and they interface with each other flawlessly. There is minimal to zero signal loss between the extender and the router. There are several configuration options. In my case, I use the extender as a repeater, and the only device that connects to it is my router. I use the router as an access point and completely control all connections. This provides both excellent connectivity to outside access points, and high grade security within my LAN.

Decent range
I needed a wifi repeater to reach a camera at a gate 650 feet from the house. I gave this item a try and it worked as advertised. I had issues trying to log into the device from my laptop but had no issues logging in on the iphone. I set it up in the repeater mode and it covers the entire pasture and probably further (I haven't checked how far the signal actually goes yet) with fairly decent strength. I can get about 40 mbs at about 200 feet and a solid 20 mbs at 650 feet. I installed this about 8 feet off of the ground and against an exterior wall. I would expect the range to be a little better if installed higher and not against a wall. My installation serves it purpose for me so, I'm pleased.

Contains a rogue DHCP server that will wreck your network
This thing is wreaking havoc on our network. We've been having intermittent issues for over a year now. After hours of investigation and packet sniffing we figured it that we have a rogue DHCP server on our network assigning bad IPs to devices. Turns out the DHCP server in question is this WavLink device. It has an internal DHCP server which will randomly override the primary DHCP server on our network and there is no way to turn it off.

Won’t work in bad weather.
These work if the weather is perfect. Unfortunately, every time it rains or snows these stop working and have to be reset. I’ve exchanged for new units and all of them are the same. Any bad weather causes some sort of disruption with the main unit. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re going to have it unprotected in the weather.
