These replacement cushions fit my AirFit P10 mask perfectly and made a big difference right away. The silicone is soft and comfortable, and the seal feels just like when the mask was brand new. Excellent product. Beware of cheap imitations!!!!! I tried a 3rd party copy of this nasal pillow. It was less than half the price and I honestly didn’t think that it would be “rocket science” to make a perfect copy. Boy, was I wrong! That copy may look the same and clip perfectly to the hose, but the air noise was horrible. I couldn’t sleep, I got up in the middle of the night and went back to the old OEM nasal pillow (Resmed) so I could get some sleep. I immediately ordered these new Resmed pillows when I woke up in the morning.

I've ordered this before without issue but this time it seems to be made of a slightly different material, and it doesn't seat quite right in the mask. It works, but isn't the same as the previous time I ordered.
