Q: can you fill with helium?

Yes these are helium quality latex balloons.

Q: Do these blow up like an egg as shown in the product photos or do they blow up round?

These are not normal size balloons. They do blow up. HUGE!! Not a normal size 🎈. I didn't pay attention to the size.

Q: Are there 24 of each color?

Yes, 24 of each color, I was disappointed that once filled with helium, it only lasted 8 hours! But nice.

Q: What Brand are these?

Tuff Tex. We have used them outside at a car dealership and the quality is pretty good.
