I ordered 2 of these to, I hope, last me long enough to ride out the hardware winter. 2tb nvme, 5090 gpu (even if mobile), 285hx, and 64gb ddr5 - for less than a cost of a high end desktop 5090 - is good value. These machines absolutely crush my old desktop with a 5600 and 3090. Performance is good. Fan noise at full blast is audible, but more in a "high airflow" way - the fans don't whine. On each machine, I ran through OCCT and Prime95 tests. Memory, CPU, GPU all passed a variety of stress tests with no errors detected on both laptops. Since laptops can be notoriously fiddly... This gives me hope for the machines. Hopefully they don't suddenly die a year in or something, but so far, so good. CPU package does run a little hot, even a low-medium load. I wonder if maybe the CPU heatsink could be a touch better but it also might just be intel. Still hits good performance. I got turbofan coolers to help out, but my tests were using only onboard cooling on a hard surface. Screen is nice. OLED is, IMO, overrated. One of my Raider laptops sits next to an OLED and even when the OLED screen is at 100% brightness/max performance, this miniLED blows it out of the water for color brightness and contrast. Yeah, at absolute blacks you'll get a slight halo effect, but I don't care. I much prefer this screen to OLED. This is my favorite laptop at the moment. My only worry is the "laptop sudden death" problem but that's all laptops, not this model. So far it's excellent and I really hope it lasts. Lastly, I put a fresh windows install on both laptops (never booted the OEM OS), so I don't know if the manufacturer install has a lot of bloatware or not.

Honestly, this has been a very frustrating experience with PCOnline US. I paid over $4,000 for what was advertised as a new laptop. When I checked the SSD, it already had about 5,800 power-on hours and was sitting at 87% health right out of the box. Yes, the laptop runs well — but that’s beside the point. When I buy new, I expect new components, not something that shows clear prior wear. What really disappointed me was the support from this seller. Instead of addressing the actual concern, I kept getting canned responses about Windows updates and power resets, which had nothing to do with the issue I reported. It felt like my evidence wasn’t being taken seriously and that the conversation was being steered away from the core problem. After a lot of back-and-forth, they issued a small $50 partial refund, which frankly does not come close to covering the cost of replacing the SSD to bring the system in line with new-condition expectations. Bottom line: the laptop itself is powerful and performs fine, but my trust in PCOnline US is pretty shaken. If you care about receiving truly new components, I would strongly recommend verifying everything carefully or buying directly from the manufacturer instead of a third-party reseller.

This a great product. I have to say that initially I was worried because of the cost; but, I researched all the compeditors and found this product to be the best. Lots of great stuff with it but the most importantly is that it worked out of the box with little effort. I'm so happy. To be fair, I already own an MSI laptop and it has performed wonderfully so no big surpise there; but I really did get surpised anyway. This box is just the best! I would recommend this to any serious gamer or just someone who wants the best laptop on the market.

VERY POWERFUL TO BE A LAPTOP

Absolute junk customer support. Hard drive failed in less than a week. Customer support refused to do an exchange because of value. They will refund in 3 to 6 weeks time. Then I get to order another computer and wait for it to show up. I would give it no stars but it won't let me.
