Great product. I bought this electric scooter and it folds up easily to fit in the trunk of my car. Great for short commutes or playing around the neighborhood. The dual brake system is the icing on the cake. And, the ride is smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend this one if you want an affordable, quality electric scooter.

First, I set it up, but I did not use it still use a needle when my son started to use to the school. It was good product. I recommend this Good is decent for the money I pay for not too fast though.

I rode this soooter twice so far and it's been fun and easy to use. I got the model with the seat and I was unable to get the seat properly installed. I got the seat pole securley connected to the scooter but the part that you sit on kept going down (not holding the height I adjusted it to) and the seat kept rocking back and forth (front to back) and the seat would spin like a bar stool. Since the seat install seemed to be a fail (it seemed dangerous to ride with a wobbly seat that was too low for me)... I removed the seat. The scooter works great without the seat... also the seat adds a lot of weight so it seems better without it. This is a great scooter but don't count on the seat being easy to install or working correctly. I threw my seat parts in the trash. If I ever want a scooter with a seat I will buy a diffrent brand and model scooter. Other than the seat.... assembly was easy.... just 4 screws to attatch the handle bar to the pole. I would buy this same scooter again .... I would just avoid the model with the seat.

URGENT SAFETY CONCERN! I wanted to share a dangerous steering incident with the JoyHis scooter. Purchased 1/10/26 Delivered 1/14/26. Initially super satisfied. Easy assembly, Smooth ride, overall enjoyable. We've had it for just under 2 weeks... all was going great until today. The scooter is now experiencing an issue where the handlebars locked- mid ride, preventing steering/turning left. Do to this unexpected steering incident, it caused my grandson to crash. Unfortunately, both knees have road rash with cuts and scrapes, his hand is hurt from trying to catch himself and the handlebar hit him in his stomach. This is a severe safety issue, possibly a defect in the steering mechanism? I also bought a second one at the same time from another manufacturer on Amazon, Maxshot (they look the same except a different color on tires) the same thing happened last week with this one, this grandson didn't get hurt. After his fall he was able to forcefully get the steering it to start turning. There was no other issues with his since. When it happened, sadly I didn't think it was serious. I did email this to the manufacturer in hopes they can help with how this happened, if it has only happened with our scooters or are others having the same concern? For now it will not be used until repair or refund occurs as this products are not safe to operate.

Lightweight, quick to assemble out of the box. My elderly parents live close and this was a quick,eco friendly way to check on them when I need to get there fast yet don't want to get out my vehicle. I ride it normal and the seat allows my father to ride it in his driveway when I am there. 5 hours or less to charge,15+ mile range....I literally only need to charge this once every 3 weeks even when I carry a backpack to deliver items. Be careful though....this has more power and speed than it looks. Also alot cheaper than a golf cart. A fun ride and a convenient size. I don't use any extra functions other than hop on and ride.

The design is very fashionable. The body is light but the structure is solid. The seat is comfortable even for long rides. I especially like its dual braking system. The brakes are sensitive and it makes me feel much safer when riding. Moreover, it has a mobile phone APP pairing function, allowing you to check the battery level, mileage and other information in real time, which is very convenient! In a word, this electric bike is not only cool in appearance, practical in performance, but also has a high cost performance.

The seat posed challenges when putting together due to some of the screws being stripped. Overall after having several men look it they were able to make it work.

Its APP is very user-friendly, allowing you to check the remaining battery power, cruise speed control, and remote locking/unlocking at any time. Moreover, its battery can last up to 12 miles when fully charged. What I appreciate most about it is its lightweight and foldable design, which is convenient for storage and doesn't take up too much space. I love it so much and it is perfect for daily use. I highly recommend it.
