Update 7/23/2025: My son pointed out that the buttons on the front panel do work, so the remote is not necessary to operate the cooler. After I posted my initial review, I received an offer from the seller for a full refund. This offer was followed up with a message from "Olivia" telling me that I must have misunderstood that the device contained an internal battery. The tone of this message was rude, arrogant and condescending. Further correspondence from Olivia was even more so. I was impressed with the offer of a full refund but I was dismayed with the messages from Olivia. Given my experience I will avoid this seller in the future. While rufus claims this comes with a battery, it does not. It runs strictly off of an external power supply (usb cord and power brick that is supplied or an external battery that is not supplied). The documentation provided with the cooler is scant at best, but I guess that is typical of products made in China. The controls on the cooler are accessible only with the provided (IR) remote, so you are SOL if you lose the remote. The only positive point about this cooler is that it runs and provides some cool air.

I wanted a cheap alternative for when I'm alone at home, so I don't have to turn on the AC. This is a good deal. It's compact and portable. I tried it with ice, and it felt cool. It's not completely silent, but it's not too noisy either. I would say it's better compared to traditional fans. It doesn't have an internal battery, so it's best to have a nearby outlet or a power bank. It does the job well, but it's a good deal for use near one person. The remote works well, and the buttons are touch-sensitive. I like it.

This portable AC works well in small room. It cools sufficiently to allow for ample comfort.

Mist doesn’t work even when you add water & ice. So disappointing.

It was late but not the sellers fault it was the delivery it is so easy to use and very light maybe get to try it when the hot weather returns but very pleased and the seller was great sorting out the delivery

Don't waste your money. Useless.

Offered as a present for my mum and she loves it. Obviously , has been used abroad and for short period of time as summer now gone and issues with delivery. But so far so good. It's small but she said she noticed a big difference when turned on. Will update as and when required.

Bigger than was expecting. Box was bashed in slightly and was put in upside down so a little bit hesitant trying it and so I left it few days before plugging it in. Luckily it does work and isnt too noisy; it's actually calming tbh. USB cable supplied should of been usb c to usb c cos I noticed using the usb A that came with soon got over extreme hot after having it on for 30 minutes, so replaced it with a USB c to usb c and works much better; keeping cool even after having it in for over 8 hours. Soon I sorted that problem out with the wrong cable that came with I filled the huge tank with ice water and ice cubes and the cool air was cold even from few feet away; so longs it’s angled correctly; I was pleased that hardly any water dripped in the bottom water tank. The nightlights are soft which is good, haven’t tried the remote as not really any need for it It makes life easier when there’s a carry handle to carry safely in the bathroom when need to empty the bottom drip tank.
