If you don't like the "odor" that these noodles are prone to, these are for you. There's no off-putting smell or taste and they're nice and bouncy which is a texture I enjoy. A bit pricey, but worth it.

I've been eating these for years and they are still the best! When seasoned and paired into dinners, you get the pasta taste gilt free!

I gave them a 1 for a rating but only because I had to pick something, they aren't even worth that!!. They are absolutely awful. They look feel and taste like rubber bands. Rubbery and crunchy-ish , just plain weird, they don't even seem like real food. And worse yet is they are not eligible for return . Save your money!!!!

I have only eaten the spaghetti so far, but I mixed it with a meat sauce and a little low fat cheese - YUM! The texture is pasta-y. The look is slightly curly, like rehydrated instant ramen, but the texture is more firm than ramen. It comes packed in water, and I was afraid that would change the texture to mushy, but it doesn't. If it was made of traditional pasta it absolutely would be mushy, but the stuff this is made from - it doesn't. I used the water it came with because I added the pasta to my meat sauce in the skillet. If you prefer to plate the pasta, then add sauce, you might want to drain it. I was able to get 2.5 servings out of one package - but I had a salad with the half serving. I'm looking forward to trying the rice one with Asian or Indian food.
