Can I use it on an office chair?

Yes — the adjustable strap secures this back massager to most office chairs, recliners, and dining chairs for daily use at home or work.

Is it too strong for seniors?

Keep the soft flap on for a gentle, cushioned massage pillow feel that elders love — remove it for deeper kneading pressure.

Can I use it on my legs?

Yes — beyond neck and back, it works as a leg massager on calves and thighs, and on the lower back and lumbar area.
