This was the best purchase I could have made for myself. The very first day I tried it, I could feel the difference right away. I am going on a week and a half taking it, and I feel refreshed, energized, more focused on work, school, etc. The taste is not bad at all. The texture, when cooled, feels like pudding. The quality of the product is what I'd expect sea moss to look and taste like. The size is decent; however, I wish it were bigger for the price. The aroma is not bad at all. I actually look forward to eating sea moss every day. I have never been this consistent with a routine before, like I am with this. I can't wait to try the other flavors.

I stopped ordering for a while do to cost. I was getting gummies instead. I switched back because this has better benefits, makes me feel lighter with better energy. Originally my iron was super low and y cholesterol was a bit high But got better once I started taking this. I hate taking pill and I Love that I can put this in a smooth. Its not that bad of a taste either. I do like the strawberry better though. This taste more like pears and imnot crazy about pears.

It tastes great and I grew up eating it so I know. I didn't however notice any difference in taking it everyday like I did with the fresh natural stuff, I guess growing up on an island spoiled me.

Taste great. Smooth like baby food. I eat it straight off the spoon. Has a mild pear tasted. In comparison to some other sea mosses, I love the taste. Others I would have to mix in tea or juice to consume. Not this one. Great refrigerator self life too. Ours was gone in 3 weeks-it lasted fresh that long in the refrigerator.

I couldn’t tell any benefits from this jar. It only tasted like eating applesauce. Didn’t do anything for me personally. Will not buy again not worth it.
