Dairy Sky Milk Powder
This is a good milk powder. It's lactose free, half the normal carbs and mixes well. But at least for my budget it is a few dollars higher than wanted which is why I took off one star.

This works well. It dissolves easily to make either evaporated or sweetened condensed milk for lactose intolerant people, so they can enjoy recipes that require those ingredients. I've found that the shelf life is very good.

Great replacement for Liquid milk
I don’t use a lot of milk – and I find I waste liquid milk. This is as good or better than the Lactaid milk I’ve been buying at the grocery store. This is my go Milk. No more buying liquid milk and lugging at home and letting go to waste. This is perfect for me.
