My partner recently had surgery so I bought her this to help with the scars. It's been amazing so far.. after just a couple of uses, the scarring has massively reduced. Some sections you'd never even know anything had happened as the skin looks natural. It's a clear gel that's easy to apply. Very happy with it and well worth the price! The scar tape is also worth getting!

I started using this product a few weeks ago and it’s lovely to use, smooth and easy to apply. Not a lot of product is needed at all so I’m hoping the bottle lasts a while. Now to wait and see the results!

So I had my surgery in December and I did a lot of research to know which one to get. I wanted something to fade my scars. It fresh scars, and I had read if you got the scars fresh, it's best to start using the gel as soon as possible. So to me I would say this is a gel cream. It feels like a cream and only like a gel once I have applied it onto my skin. I went for a follow up and my scars definitely have improved. I think k if you use this on fresh scar it works. Not sure about scars that are older.

I've been using silicone scar sheets to treat a keloid scar. I thought I'd try this silicone scar gel out. The instruction suggest that after you try a patch test to make sure you don't have an adverse reaction to the product, that you clean your skin and then apply a thin layer to the scar, massaging the gel into place. It's then supposed to dry after a few minutes, I think. From what I've read silicone scar gel should form a barrier over the skin of your scar after it dries. I'm not really sure that this product is doing that very well. There's a slight oily feeling to it after drying, but I don't get the impression of a barrier. Also it doesn't flatten out my scar the way silicone scar tape will. After wearing scar tape for most of the day, if I remove it I can see that the scar has been flattened and the colour is paler. But with this, all the reddish blood under the skin of my scar is still very pronounced, and the edges of the scar look like they're standing out from my skin the way they would if I weren't wearing tape. I think perhaps if I had a milder, less raised scar this product might be more useful. As it is, I was imagining there would be a thicker layer in place after it dried, but I'm not really feeling that. As keloid scars are mentioned - on the box as well - as one of the things this gel is for, my conclusion would be that if this product is effective, it's probably going to be for someone with a less established, less raised keloid or scar, rather than for me. Edited to add: The seller messaged me after reading the above review to offer assistance. While I am not taking them up on that offer, I do appreciate seeing that they wish to offer good customer service.

Purchased to use after knee replacement. I scar very easily so want to do all I can to reduce this happening to my knee. This was recommended to me by a friend, I looked online and it had really good reviews, the texture is really nice and feels good when I massage it into my knee. I’ve been using it for a few days and I can already see patches healing nice and flat.

This gel, is so good for soothing new scars, it also drys very quickly and relieves ypu of any tightness around your scar, definitely recommend.
