This product doesn't last!!

I have purchased TWO of these units. They were wonderful...while they lasted. One of them started failing after a cleaning and we were unable to get it working again. I have tried many times to find how to contact manufacturer or seller, any information about warranties. Nothing. The second one, failed today. Again, after a VERY CAREFUL cleaning with just moist towels! The lights won't work anymore. No way to replace or fix. We had kept the lights from the other unit, but they don't work either, so it's the controls on the unit itself. So, wasted money and hopes!

Directions are vague and would never connect to wifi

Seems well built but I had hoped to be able to use the app it mentions on box and manual. Appears to not even be wifi compatible to even use the app. Unfortunately I tried to make it work too long and cant return.
