Disappointing!!
This was more like fancy crab water. The meat is so finely diced that there is very little consistency to it. It is unsuitable for the recipes that I use canned crab for and more expensive than the brand I usually use.

Good to use in dips and other dishes. Upon arrival though, all cans were severely dented. I kept them anyway. Too much trouble to send back

My mother's crab dip recipe called for Geisha crab, which is impossible to find around here, and that iis why I ordered it online. The crab meat was okay in texture but totally tasteless. Everyone liked the dip but had no idea it was supposed to be crab.
