I purchased these to sample and was not disappointed! I love that the sturdiness of the packaging was great. The quality and taste of the seaweed was excellent! The smell and texture was great because I had these as a snack, toppings in my food, and added into my soups. So, the functionality of this product was more than I could list but overall loved it. My kids and I ate it all.

This is the next stop on my multi-review story of how I found a place recently where I, as a consumer, can buy bulk sashimi quality frozen salmon, which, since I discovered it, we've been doing a bunch. Total game-changer. So then I had to upgrade all my sushi-adjacent stuff, better rice, real nori, etc. Is this quite as good as a good sushi restaurant's nori? No, not quite. They're a little chewier and probably not quite as fresh. But are they good enough? Yeah, completely. It's funny how it seems like all the Japanese nori exports I saw on Amazon were way more expensive than this one, just because it comes from Korea, it seems like? Hey, kimbop is pretty tasty, too, Koreans know how to wrap stuff in nori just as well as Japan! Anyway, point is, it's a great value. :)

We bought these for Musubi and the size was perfect. I still have enough for 2-3 more batches of musubi.

Excellent durability and flavor, these sheets are terrific for hand rolls, which need the nori to have actual structural integrity. Of course, equally serviceable in pressed rolls, which only need the appearance of seaweed color to cling to the rice. Speaking of rice, these crumble up for your toppings on rice balls, homemade furikake is easy, as is hiyayakko - some quick work with kitchen shears and you're set. Noticeably less salty than pre-packaged seaweed snacks, which is s huge plus. Also appreciated when slipped into my bowl of miso soup, where absolutely no additional sodium is needed, ever. As these are half-sheets, it's easy for an amateur like me to handle. Large amount for a reasonable price, my only concern is whether or not I'll be able to keep them stored in dry enough a location to keep them in good shape for a long time. I'm considering some silica packets in a gallon-size ziploc, along with the original resealable packaging provided by Kimnori. TLDR - Flavorful, durable, affordable. Would definitely purchase again.
