1 Review: Good fertilizer - Good value and works well with the mini bonsai tree from Costco! Review: Yes it works!! - This bonsai fertilizer is incredibly simple and straightforward to use. Since we have only applied it once so far, it is still too early to definitively tell how much it impacts the overall growth and health of the tree. However, the application process was seamless, and the plants are doing great with no negative reactions. So far, so good!

Very tiny bag of fertilizer
A very tiny bag of fertilizer. Very expensive for what you get. Iโve just put it on my Plante so cannot comment on how well it improves or doesnโt improve plank growth. Very expensive for what you get.

This saved my bonsai
I got a bonsai as a gift and kept it indoors in the original pot. I watered it sparingly and held on good for about 4 weeks. After that I noticed a little fly around it, the leaves looked wilted and it appeared as if I had overwatered it. I looked it up online and two things came up: Overwatering Need of fertilizer I took the bonsai outdoors, removed it from the pot and kept it in the original plastic pot (it was double potted, no drain in the outside pot), but I had not overwatered. So, I moved on to the second culprit: lack of nutrients. After reading reviews on various fertilizers, I chose this one. The pack is small, but the fertilizer is powerful. I lifted the moss and placed the pellets on the dirt, not too deep. I just sprinkled some potting soil on it and watered well. By the next day the bonsai was already greener, and alive. Now I leave it outdoors and it has received rain and sun like any other plant. So far so good. In the picture you can see how it is doing approximately a month after fertilizing. It has not been indoors for a month. Good value for money.
