I’ve purchased this a couple of times now and really like it. The blood orange flavor is crisp, light, and not overly sweet, which is exactly what I want from a sparkling water. It has enough flavor to feel a little more interesting than plain sparkling water, but it doesn’t taste heavy or syrupy. I also like that it’s low-calorie with no added sugar. It’s a nice option to keep in the fridge when I want something besides regular water but don’t want a soda. The cans are a good size, the carbonation is solid, and the 24-pack makes it easy to stock up without constantly reordering. Overall, this has become one of our go-to drinks. Refreshing, flavorful, and easy to grab during the day. Would definitely buy again.

Great refreshing drink. The blood orange is by far the best tasting to me. Many people are turned off by the name, but once they taste it, they immediately change their mind. I've served it to guest and refer to it as Ruby orange and 99% absolutely loved it. We lived in Europe for many years, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, etc.. and Europeans perfer Sanpellegrino and we drink it rather than any other water. It takes a few days to get used to the bubbly water, but you'll notice the refreshing crisp taste almost immediately. The Lime CIAO makes a great tonic mixer. You won't be disappointed after you try it more than once or twice and each flavor is distinctly different, and once you've found your favorite flavor, you'll enjoy it everyday. Try it with ice too.

Think more along the lines of “sophisticated spritzer” than “orange soda.” Pricey for Everyday Sipping: It’s not the cheapest sparkling water out there, so maybe save it for when you want to treat yourself (or impress your in-laws). Final Sip: It’s crisp, tangy, and delightfully European, like a sparkling water that studied abroad and came back with a new accent. If you like citrus with a grown-up twist, this one’s worth keeping chilled in the fridge. Would I drink it every day? Maybe not. But when I want something that feels a little extra without the sugar crash, ciao bella, this does the trick.

If you’re looking for a refreshing, low-calorie treat, the Sanpellegrino CIAO Blood Orange is a great choice. It captures that Italian zest with a flavor profile that is both subtle and crisp, making it very easy to drink. It is only 10 calories! The price is very reasonable also by the case. While this is a very refreshing drink, I personally still prefer the Blood Orange zero version for a bit more punch. However, if you want something lighter and more "crisp," this is a solid addition to the fridge.

This is my favorite flavor. Perfect amount of sweetness and great orange flavor. Not over carbonated. Sanpellegrino CIOA is my new favorite sparkling water.
