I've been using the KEFEYA 15.6" Laptop Screen Extender for a few weeks, and it has made a huge difference in my daily workflow. The 1080P display is bright, sharp, and clear, making it comfortable to work on spreadsheets, emails, and video calls at the same time. The setup was surprisingly easy. I simply connected it with the included USB-C cable, and it was ready to use within minutes—no complicated installation required. I also tested it with HDMI, and it worked just as well. One of my favorite features is the detachable design. It's lightweight enough to carry with my laptop, making it perfect for working from home, the office, or while traveling. The adjustable stand keeps the monitor stable, and the screen size provides plenty of extra workspace without feeling bulky.

I initially bought the KEFEYA 14-inch portable monitor to extend my laptop screen and gain some extra screen real estate while working in different positions, and it worked perfectly for that use case. Setup was easy, the display looked great, and it immediately improved my productivity. After using it for a bit, I started thinking outside the box and realized this monitor would be amazing for my Switch 2. Since it’s an OLED 2K display, it’s a huge upgrade over the regular Switch screen, which isn’t OLED. I had previously been using my Switch 2 on a 32-inch IPS monitor, and the difference is night and day. Even though the KEYFA monitor is 60Hz, the OLED quality more than makes up for it—it’s absolutely worth it in my opinion. There are only two minor drawbacks I’ve noticed so far: 1. Power limitations when connected to a heavily loaded laptop In my case, my laptop was already driving another external 4K monitor via HDMI. When I connected this display using a USB-A to USB-C cable, the laptop simply couldn’t provide enough power to both displays. This caused some screen flickering. The fix was simple: I connected the monitor to an external power source, which immediately solved the issue. 2. HDMI cable limitations I wanted to use a longer HDMI cable, so I tried an HDMI-to-USB-C adapter, but that didn’t work when plugged directly into the KEYFA port. The proprietary USB-to-HDMI cable works fine when converting HDMI from the monitor to my laptop, but it doesn’t work the other way around (HDMI into the monitor). To work around this, I ordered a female-to-female HDMI coupler, which I believe will solve the issue. Overall, I’m absolutely loving this monitor. The display quality is excellent, it’s lightweight, modular, and incredibly versatile. For around $100, it’s a fantastic value. I originally tried the dual-panel version, but for my specific needs, it turned out to be more than I needed. Still, I think it’s a great option for the right person. Highly recommended. I got this laptop screen extender so I can view my school work on multiple tabs. I have been excited to use it after my purchase because swiping through screens was a headache. It is a 15.6" fhd 1080P ips monitor which is a good specs compared to others I found online. The clarity on the screen display and the vibrant colors are pretty clear n impressive. I would also recommend this for those that game or even use their laptops for entertainment like watching movies etc. I intended to use it so I can multitask and so I can open my lecture tabs and my notes while reading and taking notes. I also plan on using it when bidding on online auctions so that will definitely be helpful for myself, opening multiple windows on my laptop screen and extending over to my screen extender too. It is portable and detaches easily from my laptop which is a MacBook and fits inside my laptop bag with my MacBook inside as well. I dont take it to school but it’s easily portable in case anyone is asking. It’s easy to setup and works great in my opinion. Lastly, I’d recommend it for students, business owners, gamers and just friends watching a movie together. I will try to add photos of it when I leave lecture today.

I don’t write reviews. Ever. But I needed to share my joy because this is the best thing ever. I’m an engineer but have never used monitors because I like to move around a lot and can’t commit to sitting at a desk all day. So I looked into a portable monitor that attaches to your laptop. The first one I purchased was the kind that “clips” to your laptop screen, although I use the term clips loosely because it barely stays on and wobbles like crazy. Those kinds also claim to be portable, which they technically are, but they aren’t good if you’re someone like me who likes to move where you’re working throughout the day, because in order to move the setup you basically need to break down the whole thing and then set it up again as the monitors just slide down and stay in the same place when you pick up your laptop because they are just loosely attached to the side of the screen and not actually connected to the laptop besides through the wires (I hope that makes sense). So I returned that one and started looking for something that actually WAS portable in every sense of the word. And it’s this. This is perfect. I am absolutely obsessed with this and it is the most genius invention ever. The monitors being attached to the base that your laptop rests on makes the whole setup entirely portable with no need to break anything down and set it up again. It’s also surprisingly not that heavy considering all that goes into it. The fact that the monitors rest on pins is also amazing because there is no risk of breaking your laptop screen either, which I was worried about with the first one, especially because it is my work laptop and it is a very expensive MBP. The pins also enable the monitors to swivel all the way around! Instructions for setup are very clear although you don’t even need them. Setup is self explanatory and and very easy. The specs of my laptop are 16 in. MBP M4 Max Chip, so I believe instructions will vary based on your laptop and its specs, but it has every type of instruction necessary in the booklet. I also adore the versatility of this. I prefer the monitors horizontally, but they can also be placed vertically, on the other stand that comes in the box, or just used completely independently. My only qualm is that the wires that come with it are quite long. It’s really not a big deal, I just used the little zip tie/wire twist that came holding them together to keep them a little more neat, and I could always purchase shorter wires for it- and it’s understandable considering that some people will use the monitors separately from the stand and may need that extra length. But that is barely a complaint haha — this is absolutely genius! The monitors can also be placed inside of the base for travel which is how it came packaged. Genuinely I am in awe at this product. I know I sound like a nerd right now. But I can’t stop talking about this to anyone who will listen. 100% worth the price. I would pay double or even triple for this. Please buy this if you’re considering it.

screen is good just the mount is not great does not stay attached to the back of the laptop and make sure you have a thin monitor for this cause if its thicker won't work i use the screen by its self-stand only might as well throw that mount away, the quality is good i use it for work and have watched movies on it works great good for travel.

I purchased an earlier version of this item for my wife as a birthday gift. She was so effusive with her praise that I ended up getting this version for myself and so far I am not disappointed. I normally work with two monitors for my occupation so it is always a little cramped when I need to travel with my laptop with only one screen. This easily changes that. It is easy to pack and is thinner and lighter than carrying a seconed laptop. It is so easy to install. All you need to do is attach the support leg, clip it to the back of your laptop monitor, and connect the appropriate provided cable. My windows laptop recognized it immediately and I did not need install any other software. Based on the subtle brand icon on the monitor extender it appears that normally it is installed on the right side. I am a creature of habit and like to keep my waterbottle on the right side so out of curiousity I turned it upside down and installed it to extend on the left side. With just a few easy tweaks in the display settings it works perfectly on the left! Not only does it easily add more screen real estate when travelling, if I am working from home and need a change of scenery I can just bring my laptop with this screen extender out on our patio without losing the functionality of using the two monitors on my PC. The screen is clear and very bright and easy to read. The only complaint/suggestion I might have is that it would have been nice to have included a protective sleeve to help with travel/storage. Overall a great product!

I work from home and this has been one of my favorite purchases. It was easy to set up, the picture quality is great, and having the extra screens has made multitasking so much easier. It folds up nicely when I need to take it somewhere, and it feels sturdy without being too heavy. If you’re on the fence, I’d definitely recommend it!

Saw this had amazing reviews but must admit had for few weeks now and it's really not that great at all. Pros: screen resolution quality is quite good and decent enough size Cons: terrible instructions - took ages to figure out and connect it (which should have taken minutes). It doesn't clip securely to my screen at all (I have standard 14" Asus laptop - in fact i tilted once and it fell off completely onto the floor - nothing seemed to break so maybe it's reasonably robust so in that sense a pro too - but fiddly, poor fitting it is. Seems expensive and overly positive reviews here

Very good for on the go. A little hard to setup with the wires not working but the the service was great.

It is lightweight which helps me travel with it, however not light enough to practically attach it to the laptop screen. I have a 16" MacBook Pro which is heavy and sturdy enough, but when I attach this to my laptop, the laptop lid cannot withstand the weight and wide opens. Also since it doesn't have a stand, putting it on a desk could give you neck problems, so you would need some books to put under to give it some elevation from the desk. Overall it is a good product and my comments are more suggestions or heads up. I would buy it again.

Overall I like the screen and the quality of the components, but I had some issues attaching it to my laptop. If magnets (and this thing is full of magnets) get close to certain areas of my Lenovo laptop screen, the screen laptop screen goes black and my computer signs me out of windows. I can't use the top hooks at all and have to allow the bracket to rest on the desk. Took a while to figure out why my laptop screen suddenly didn't work considering I hadn't plugged the extender in yet. I didn't find the instructions particularly helpful.

Just got it, nicely packaged in the box with plenty of different cable options which is amazing to see. They really do provide you with all options to plug in. It is on the heavy side but so are all 15" options. The most important thing when you attach to your laptop is to use the 2 magnetic clips(see 2nd image). These will keep it from sliding down your laptop with the weight. I tried to use it as a standalone too but the kickstand is quite awkward to find the correct angle that makes it easy to view. Also tried to use one of the extra unused USB ports on the back to plug in a headset dongle but it did not work. Again I just got it so can't really say much else but I like having the extra screen.
