My coffee problem is finally solved! Have miserably glugged through the mouth-numbing tastes of every sugar substitute out there. This allulose, to me, has a very subtle fruity taste along with the plain sweetness factor. But I actually LIKE the taste. It is 99% just plain old sweet. There is none of that metallic, questionable, so-called cooling aftertaste of other sweeteners. This particular allulose item is derived from fruit, not corn, which may account for the slight fruitiness. Negatives: 1. Very expensive as you definitely need to use at least twice what you would for normal sugar to achieve equivalent sweetness. 2. Powdery texture (but much less than confectioners). However that helps it dissolve well, especially in iced coffee and tea. But for granular I use the other good tasting brand I just found- rx . Now after years of deprivation I suddenly have two perfectly good sugar substitutes.

Just so so good . Finally I feel like I'm not missing anything. There's no crappy lingering after taste. It's desolves like a dream. Coffee, cakes...heck even keto carmel sauce !!!🔥🔥🔥 I can't make keto jar ice cream without it ! The differences are hard block of ice cream or beautiful luscious homemade soft serve !!! Buy it ! I will reorder soon . The price is nice comparatively. I actually want a bigger bag ,lol !!!! And again no crappy after taste !!!!!!! You can eat sweets AND be great !!!!!

There was no weird cooling like I get from Erythritol or weird aftertaste like I get from Stevia, so I'd have to say that of all the sugar replacements I've tried, this one tastes the most like sugar. However, my stomach feels a little queasy the day after I eat something that contains allulose. BUT it's nowhere near as bad as the stomach upset that I get from sugar alcohols (I'm talking things like maltitol and such). Wish it didn't cost so much. If it were less expensive, I would've given it 5 stars instead of 4.

Absolutely awesome product! I’ve contacted multiple sellers before purchasing allulose to make sure it was tested for purity. This seller was the only one to confirm it was. I have tested the product to make sure it does not spike glucose and drop ketones. I took a baseline ketone and globose blood test, then ate one table spoon of product and tested at 30, 60, 90 minutes post. Photos attached. Super happy flying finally find great tasting product that does not affect my keto diet!!! Thank you!

Well, sugar will never claim to taste like this stuff. BUT, to be fair, I've tried all the sugar substitutes, most, many times throughout the year. On top of NEVER ever tasting like sugar, they all have some to a multitude of other issues, some more heinous than others. This product still creates bathroom issues, and is stupid expensive, it doesn't spike my blood sugar, is very fine grained, (about like baking soda) so it dissolves well, has really close to no aftertaste, and is by far the closest tasting to sugar that they have come up with. On a scale of 1 to 100, I would rate this product at a 40 to maybe 50, which may not sound good, but if you consider that I would rate every other sugar substitute out there for the last 50ish years in the lower single digits. While I would say this product still kinda sucks, it sucks WAY less than any of the multitude of other sugar substitutes I've tried over the decades. I guess I could have used that for an alternate title. Lol. "'Sucks less than any other sugar substitute "'.
