Took these throughout my pregnancy. Tested negative for gbs. Can’t say it’s because of this only but I’d venture to guess it helped!

Update: I took this until my baby was 3 months old and really felt like I wasn't myself. It didnt occur to me that it might have been from stopping this. I took other peobiotics but didnt like the way they made me feel. At 8 months postpartum (and nursing) I decided to give this one another shot. My bloating was significantly better and after what I believe were die off symptoms, my mood and thinking are much better and I'm starting to feel like myself again.I was taking another prenatal probiotic and decided to switch to the brand in the middle of my 3rd trimester to see how I like it because I really like this brand. It's only been a week but my mood interestingly has been more positive. Bowel movements have continued to be regular but I really felt like I had to comment on the mood part. If I no longer feel like thats the case, I'll come back and edit my review.
