I love the shoes but in less than a month wearing them the sole is coming off

I purchased these boots to replace boots I got from Nike about 20 years ago (a rare leather boot, the model was discontinued long ago). I was looking for something that would work for me in navigating the winter snow and for light hiking here in Colorado. I wear a size 11 in New Balance, Nike, Sketcher, etc. I had also read a review that said these run a little narrow. My feet have almost 7 decades of continuous use on them so I like a roomy toe box. My original order was an 11 wide. I found these to be too big for me, not even close to a good fit (other reviews I've read said they run true to size so maybe I got a mislabled pair). So I went to a 10 1/2 wide. These are perfect. Felt comfortable from the first time I put them on. I've had them for about a month, excellent grip in the snow and still comfortable all day long. No need to break them in. One small complaint, these came with 55" laces, the correct length is 47" for these boots (many nice options available on Amazon). I love these boots.

My husband works in construction as an electrician and loves these boots, he has not ever had a pair so comfortable in 30 years. They also add about and inch and a half to his height so he is really happy with them! Great quality, we chose the 11w for comfort cause his feet swell a bit while working. He normally wears the 11. This made a huge difference and he loves them even more cause of it.

Tuff and comfortable. I’ve had em four years now and they are still good.

These boots are a good fit and comfortable right out of the box which is rare for hiking/boots. They are sturdy and rugged which make them a good combination hike work boot for me but also look nice enough as a casual boot.

Wore those for the Surrey Three Peaks hike. 10 hours and lots of deep wet mud. My feet were comfortable and dry all through.
