It works
This was a device I was looking forward. Something I can set a reminder and no games or something else. Just a plain watch. I love it. I like that you can have a silent vibration alarm. The vibration is pretty strong.

Decided it doesn't work
I wanted this watch for medication reminders. To read the instructions more easily, I enlarged them. I set the time and date without problems. Over the last few days I have spent about 1/2 hour or more daily trying to get the alarm (vibrate) to work. It has looked as if the alarms were set, but never vibrated.

Wrong watch came!
My son has a health problem that requires him to need alarms throughout the day. I purchased this watch and it's the only one I could find that is small enough and has enough alarms. It lasted over a year then broke. When I ordered another one it came as the version with Velcro. I exchanged it, hoping it was a fluke, but the next one also had Velcro. The Velcro watch is too big for him. I'm going to try a blue one and hope it's not Velcro! I'm not sure if ordering a Velcro one would get me the right one. I hope Amazon fixes this!!!

Lasted 24 hours
I bought this for my autistic son who needed some timed reminders. Set up was annoying but I figured you only have to it once until you replace the battery. Took about 15 mins and the instructions were not horrible but they weren't great either. Help my son put it on and the has tiny wrists but the watch strap DOES get small enough, so that was nice. We go through one day fine. Im assuming the alarm was going off although my son said it wasn't and then he said said he didn't notice it. I didn't get a chance to test it because the next morning the 6am went off and then was still going around 7:15ish when he brought it to me and said "it's been doing that since I woke up". So I take it off and no matter what I do I can't turn the vibrate off. So I drop kids at school and come home. When I checked it next it was dead. I'm going to try to replace the battery to see if it works again but so far I'm really not impressed.

Good medication reminder.
Nice little watch. Simple, easy to use and good for adults with small wrists. Comfortable to wear. Vibration could be a little stronger but you still feel it. The alarm sounds is a bit soft for people with hearing loss but fine for everyone else. It’s not too obtrusive. The locking feature is really nice. I recommend.

The Original Wobl is better overall than the +
TLDR: We like the original better overall. It's more durable, more water resistant, and the band is more kid friendly. It's still better, even considering it's a pain to change the battery in the original. Here's the pros for both:* Both have very customizable settings for countdown and alarms between potty breaks.* You can set start and stop times that will allow the countdown to start automatically each day.* You can set a vibration or a sound or both for timers and alarms. You can vary this between countdown times and alarms (so, you can set countdown to both vibration and sound, but alarms only to vibration, for example, or any combination you like).*the vibration patterns vary each time (like 7 or 8 different patterns), so a child is less likely to become so accustomed to the reminder that they ignore it.Cons for both:* Battery runs down fairly quickly, if you use vibration for reminders all day long. We get 6-8 weeks use out of it. It makes sense, since vibration is battery hungry.* initial set up and set up after changing the batteries is fairly complex for both (slightly better on the plus)So here's a break down:Wobl+Pros:* Band is definitely more durable on Wobl+* Way easier to change the battery on Wobl+* Programming is slightly more straightforward on Wobl+.* One child was very happy that green was available on the plus.Cons:Not waterproof. Water resistance is better on the original.Band and clasp are much harder for a little person than the velcro on the original.Much less durable overall, stopped working in about half the time of the original.Wobl OriginalPros:* Velcro watch band is much easier for a little person* Seems more durable and more water resistantCons:* The Velcro band isn't as durable as the silicone band, but it's much easier for a child to put on themselves.* The battery is a big fat PIA to change. The newer version is much, much easier.

Second Wobl watch!
I purchased this watch almost a year ago for my son and I was hesitant about getting it. Reasoning is that before we got it, there were many mixed reviews. I usually don’t do reviews but I thought that I should probably share what we have experienced with this watch...We originally bought the Wobl 8 alarm watch almost 3 years ago (that watch works till this very day). So we thought we’d try this watch, being that our son is older and it’s waterproof. I must say once again, I am not disappointed with this watch either. My son has a medical condition that requires him to go to the bathroom every 2 hours. We have set all his alarms on vibrate and sound. He has also swam with it in a swimming pool on several occasions for at least a good couple hours every time. There is no condensation on the face and it’s working just fine. The one thing that I do agree with that could be a bit of a challenge is the setting of the alarms. We’ve altered the alarm times on a few occasions, it is a bit tricky but not impossible!

water got inside, doesn't work
This is the second one of these I purchased. I had no issues with it, it was a great watch, but had to replace it because my son broke it while playing sports. However this one was not as good. After a couple of months (and now the window is closed to contact the mfg) it started fogging up and only half the numbers would appear and no longer works properly. Maybe when it dries out it will work again but it supposed to be waterproof. Very disappointing.
