Very secure with a comfortable handle
If you follow the installation instructions, the result is a very secure bar; it is very comfortable to grip due to the soft black inserts on the back side of it. The mounting screws are covered by the metal disc, so it looks clean and streamlined. After our first purchase of this grab bar for a 1/2 bath, we were so satisfied with it that we purchased another for another bathroom. If you expect to host guests or family members that might need to use a grab bar for getting up or down on the toilet, this is a great addition to your guest bathroom.

Solid and Good Looking
Installed this outside the shower for my senior mom. Instructions were easy - just make sure to gather your tools beforehand and drill into the studs. One of the screws included stripped on drilling in so you may want to get some extra screws or just be careful.Overall, it's got a good finish and nice end caps so it looks pretty good in the bathroom and does the job.

Screw heads too soft
Works well and looks great. The screws included were soft and stripped right away. We got different ones and that worked. I like the grips on the backside of the bar too.

Functional and Attractive
The media could not be loaded. Worth the extra cost. They are better than the standard grab bars because they look nice and they have nice pads to hold on to.

Good product - but use better screws
We liked this grab bar and bought 2 of them. We had a handyman install them and he bought his own screws, etc because he said the hardware that comes with the bars are rarely adequate.

Solid and great looking
I bought the Moen grab bar because of the Secure Mount attachment(You need to buy them separately, it comes with screws to attach to studs). Buy the attachments they are great.

Great item and tax free
We renovated the tub/shower area of our bathroom and wanted to install some assist bars. This is one of the few available in our preferred finished of brushed nickel and is a quality item.I was able to find this product at one of the big box stores but learned that HST would be charged. I then found it on Amazon and determined there would be no tax collected because this type of assistive device (bathroom safety equipment) is zero-tax-rated.
