Where are these made?

I did look inside but there was no country of origin tag ......surely the info on the Amazon site to purchase OR Amazon direct can tell you !

The 34" waist long version fits well except about 2"-3" too big around waist. (I'm a 32"-34" waist slim 157lbs)Will the 32" short version fit better?

I do not own a long version, only a short version. My short version fits me perfectly. I have a 36" waist (167 lbs.). However, the trachten lederhosen that I purchased was a 38" waist, not a 36". The reason for the slightly larger size is because suspenders are used instead of a belt. The pants should fit loose so as to suspend rather than fit snugly as with a belt. Hope this information is helpful and is only my own opinion.

Your pricing and discount offers are not uniformly offered on all sizes. Why?

Likely it's because they have a surplus or a shortage on certain items and are trying to sell them accordingly. At our shop, when we have too much of something or I need to get rid of something, we discount it. If we have too little of something and demand is still high, we don't discount.
