As expected
The surface at least does seem to be copper. I didn't cut or scratch them to test beyond that. They're a good size, shape, and weight for my mouth. Work well, and personally more comfortable than some stainless ones I have. The case is handy for travel.

Good Pure Copper Tongue Scraper with Travel cases
Good scrapers, and the travel cases are great (much better than a plastic bag!) Easy to use, by the way, if you have never used a tongue scraper.
