If I place one of these in my cubicle at work, will they get rid of my coworkers perfume smell? I need a way to breathe and she wears a lot of perfume

It couldn’t hurt, but also Kindly Ask Your colleague to not wear fragrance as you are chemically sensitive and it affects your work.

Is this odorless and does it work in your car? I was thinking it will add a scent to someone's car...

I didn't notice any scent and I am very sensitive to aromas. I imagine it would work in your car if you kept the windows closed but I don't know for how long you would have to do this. I believe it would work overnight when you park the car, but no guarantees

can it eliminate harmful odor like formaldehyde , benzene , tvoc chemicals from newly decorated ?

Just buy activated carbon from EnviroSupply. Combining that with an Air Scrubber will definitely eliminate most VOCs and other gases.

Does it remove animal waste Pet odor?

Yes, they remove waste pet odor, but first, you must remove the waste of the pet and then Bamboo bags can do the work. I would say that you should definitely see the difference but I do not think so that they will remove the odor completely as I believe animal waste is daily routine so when the odor is removed new appears. Bamboo bags remove odor naturally so the process is slower than with fragrances that use chemicals so please do not expect the results in one day.
