This is a quality product. Much nicer and very well built. I expected to have to clamp it to the counter as thr specs on Amazon list weight at 8 lbs. but its much heavier and does not require clamping. Packaging is more than adequate. Well worth the price. I will be coupling it to a slow turning rotisserie motor to automate the process. The manufacturer should sell an optional motor. Based on where the hand crank couplings are, it would. Be a wise fit.I have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Made short work of 9lbs of Italian Sausage. Stable, but did move a little as the hopper reached the bottom. Only small critique is that it leaves a fair amount of sausage in the bottom - not an issue. We had it for lunch.

Really solid construction and it works great. Two minor points though.The smallest tube is actually too large to use with sheep casings as used with breakfast sausage.Second is the clamps used to hold the unit down. They are very roughly made. The tightening tab on one of mine has a burr on it that I only found as it sliced my thumb open. It goes with the overall rough look of the construction. But who ever said sausage making was supposed to be pretty?

I just started making my own sausage, and was almost overwhelmed by all the units that are available in all price ranges. I was so happy that I went with this product. Easy to use and easy to clean which is very important. The price was reasonable and the quality seems good for my purposes.

This product is amazing. I've stuffed a lot of sausages in my day (thatswhatshesaid), but this is hands down the easiest, most reliable stuffer I've used. Prior to using this, stuffing the casings was a two person job. It was nearly impossible to stuff the casings while feeding a hopper and maintaining the casings taught. This took a 15 minute job and turned it into a two minute job.I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a user friendly way to stuff sausages on a small to medium scale.
