We were a little disappointed. Expected it to be better.

Just makes me sleepy. Very difficult to take these at work if you need to focus and be on top of things.

I have just come of antidepressants for nerve pain.they gave me tons of side effects messed with my brain they was nortriptyline.So I bought these and thought they may work they are only herbal. Wow omg they totally relaxed me love them thanks

Nothing but an over sweet pill that does not work. Try mushroom de-comstress instead that one works great. This I threw in the trash

I take these when flying as I have anxiety when I fly. They work very well.

I have used kalms before when I hit a anxious and worrying time. They work and hence thats why I have bought them again. I feel so calm, relaxed, not jumpy anymore and I feel I can handle things better now. Plus they do help you sleep.

Excellent product for helping me manage my anxiety. I have to take more than the given dosage though to really feel enough of an effect though. More like 4 at a time.

I have used kalms before and they were in a glass bottle. I'm not sure if the packaging affected the product but I didn't feel much benefit. Not exceptional value for money and the outer packaging/box was flattened and open.
