Repaint of orange pauldron sandy (commander). My black and orange guys have what looks like the same weathering/dirt design, but the applications are very different in how much the artist wiped away while it was still drying. My orange pauldron has smooth light orange dirty areas, where my black has sharp rich spots in the same places (right chest, left buttock, left knee, etc.) Helmet has same nice paint/weather job as orange, way better than both my 6 inch stormtroopers. Still no weathering on backpack, but just do it yourself with almost any tool and it'll look cohesive (did that to my commander, as the new recruit wouldn't be that weathered yet, looks great IMO). Great addition to any 6 inch legion, just wish they'd given us the RT-97C rifle that the black pauldron trooper holds in the ANH roadblock checkpoint scene instead of another T-21 but it's okay.

Hasbro has did it again, they put out another excellent figure. The Black Pauldron Sandtrooper is a re-release of the original Sandtrooper, released in the Wave 1 series. The Sandtrooper is loaded with accessories ( 2 laser rifles and the standard blaster gun). Articulation is excellent, the biceps, legs, waist and etc. are movable. The detail on the Sandtrooper is remarkable because each Sandtrooper has a different shade of wear. The Sandtrooper pack is another great piece of detail too. Overall, its a must buy for any Star Wars collector.

Good sculpt but a somewhat hindered articulation. Paint job is good, looks like it has been in the desert for a long time. Has some troubles standing on his own with the backpack.

This is a very great Figure! Everything moves on the figure! Head, Wrist, Legs, Arms, Elbows, Knees, and even Feet! The Backpack is placed into a hole on the back of the figure. This also comes with 3 weapons: T-21, DLT-19 and has much weathering, also comes with the standard E-11! (You can have any color for this weapon as long as its Black) The figure it self has weathering on it all over and is very well sculpted and painted. I recommend this Figure to any Star Wars fan! (Except for Babies because they can choke on the pieces)

Awesome Figure its very movie accurate. The sculpt is great, the paint job is great. This figure is very articulate so you can get great poses out the sandtrooper.

This is basically the same figure as the squad leader with the orange pauldron. It comes with the same accessories but not as heavily weathered. It is very poseable and nicely detailed. This is a great figure.

Just have to love this sandtrooper for the accessories alone! Three weapons and a backpack! Great distressed paint application look. I am so happy this was an opener as the display box was in C-6 condition, some dents and creases. If you are thinking of displaying the item in box, as many collectors do, I would caution, but if you want to open your sandtrooper and give him his working orders, no worries!

The leg was broken in the package. I fixed it somewhat, but I feel like Hasbro doesn't care at all about quality control. I'd pay 5 or 6 dollars more quite happily to actually get the product advertised.

Looks very screen accurate, with articulation that allows you to easily recreate poses and scenes from the films with ease and paint applications perfectly finish the piece off.

As described. Would buy from again...

Mittlerweile besitze ich drei der Blackseries 6" Figuren und bin sehr zufrieden.Sie sind durchweg gut beweglich, lassen sich gut aufstellen und sind Detailgetreu ihrem großen Vorbildern nachempfunden.Besonders beeindruckend finde ich die vielzahl an Gelenken, die auch nach einigem umstellen der Figur bei mir bis jetzt mal noch nicht ausgeleiert sind.Der stolze Preis ist zwar ordentlich, aber man bekommt eine schöne Actionfigur dafür, die ich allerdings einem kleineren Kind eher nicht geben würde, weil sie dafür eigentlich zu schade ist.
