I think it's a good buy. Abit expensive however, the last brand I tried was very inconsistent and didn't taste very good. These taste great. And I already ordered a second jar. I feel that they do make you more focused and more energy. Before id be falling asleep at work. Now that I've been taking them a few weeks. I can feel the difference. Take them with out expectations! of it being a miracle gummy and look at it as just taking vitamins that are good for you along side diet and exercise these are a step in the right direction.
