Pairing this with the sea salt spray is insane as the sea salt spray is for texture mostly then adding this right after gives a natural hold not the strongest but I prefer a natural finish over a extremely high stiff hold from other clays with polymers in them and gives a bit of a healthy shine which is great since having the hair extremely matte makes it look musty or dry and a lot of people do say that the surface is pretty hard once received which is normal since it’s clay but when you really dig in there and use the clay it softens up and becomes easier to emulsify and the natural ingredients like the shea butter beeswax do feel very nice in the hair also has that santal fragrance which is good as well after emulsification but only people I wouldn’t recommended this clay for is people with 1a hair since this clay has some oils in it since its natural and 1a hair is already super oily so you’re adding excess oils to your already oily hair which weighs it down and makes it even flatter, however people with 1b,1c or 2a can use this clay and pairing it with a prestyler like the based sea salt spray is phenomenal it delivers great natural volume and texture. for 1a hair I would recommend the based texture powder since it has arrow root powder which absorbs excess oils and gives texture and separation and a good grip for wavy hair I would go for a pomade more based on wavy hairstyles but thick straight hair like 1c can use the pomade as well so it’s basically a mix between the clay and leave in and shuts ur hairs cuticle to trap moisture and give it that nice sheen and wet look for curly hair u could use a leave in , curl cream, curl gel those are some of the main stuff u could use but don’t get them wrong cause for instance if u applied clay to curly hair (which it isn’t for ) its gonna give some volume but nothing else since you already have texture so yeah invest in some based curly hair products I reccomend the curl set and yea that’s pretty much this whole review ur a legend if u read till the end and yeah just some tips for everyone, hope this helped !!

Yooo this actually works insanely good, my hair came out very well and it’s better if you don’t waste your money elsewhere, a mistake a lot of people make is wetting it, just rub it in between your hands till it’s soft enough to rub, and yeah it does feel like sand but its like it mixed to good when you finish rubbing it, the smell is also good, and it doesn’t make you hair so stiff it actually makes it manageable, the longevity won’t last you ALL DAYY but it’s actually a very perfect longevity, also don’t use on wet hair, only damp your hair in water a little and make sure to use a little of texture spray all around your hair but once again, don’t make your hair too wet just slightly manageable, it’ll work
