I read that this color can be used to whiten gray hair - has anyone tried this to whiten grays?

I found it to be effective on my hair, which is naturally a dark blonde, but now has gray hairs, as well. I don't know if it would be effective on all-over gray, but it definitely colored the gray on my head. Hope that helps...
