This bike is very nice and well built great for any adventure I like that the shocks are adjustable in the front and the center suspension is the greatest thing ever takes a lot of stress off my back when hitting bumps powerful motor moves you up steep inclines with no problem I've had mine for about a week now and it's been great I rotted every day to and from work I put about 8 mi both ways 7 days a week so if you're interested in buying a bike I would recommend this bike I will do update in 4 months

I am very sastified with this bike. It was easy to assemble. It was easier putting this bike together than my Schwinn conventional bike. Everything works. Once I figured out how to turn it on, I was blown out of my socks. This is bike is powerful. If you never ridden an ebike before, please be carefull and follow the instructions. When you use the throttle for the first time, you know what to expect, but the peddle assist is what threw me off. I pressed down on the peddle and it really to off, so, please be carefull. Also, I figured out how to minamize the thrust when using peddle assist. Simple adjust to a lower gear. If you want more power then shift to a higher gear. The one thing I don't like is the horn button is on the same part as the throttle and directional signals. When fumbling for the throttle and blowing the loud horn at the same time.

I bought the Freesky Swift Horse Ebike, but very disappointed with the bike, and the service! If you need a part or tech support, you have to deal with China, if you need a part its shipped from China. The bike didn't perform as well as my 5 year old Rad Rover. I had the okay to return the bike, but I would have to pay for shipping and return it 2500 miles away, to Ohio. So I decided to keep the bike, because I didn't trust Freesky to handle the return properly, or refund my money! Now I'm waiting to receive a right hand twist throttle, that is a proprietary 5 pin plug, that is being shipped from China. A typical 3 pin twist throttle is about 15$ this is about 75$ and 15$ shipping. About 2 to 3 weeks away. Amazon is complicite it this also! Very disappointed, and frustrated!!

I purchased the Swift Horse model a few months ago and have been riding the bike primarily on wooded trails. This is a well built bike with a smooth ride over bumpy terrain. I had a minor crash on the bike which cracked the display. I ordered a new display which arrived promptly. I have found that the customer support is responsive and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this bike.

I've only had my bike about a week but the battery life seems to be pretty good. I messed around with the suspension got it tuned in where I wanted. The brakes are great on it I had to sand my brake pads to rough them up a little bit to get rid of a noise. I could have left them alone they would have worked themselves in but I didn't want to wait. Overall so far I like the bike I use it around town to do all my errands. Rear turn signals and brake light is great I wish they had front turn signals there's just back I might hook something up in the front. Front light works great I don't ride much at night but it lights up the area in front of you pretty good. My free Sky bike contact gets back to me pretty fast.

The customer service has been decent for this bike. They are Monday-Friday only. The parts shipping direct from them is slower than we're used to - about 3 weeks. The front disc brake was a little bent when we received it, but they sent a new one. My son recently wanted some upgraded parts. They sent the wrong part, but are sending the correct ones at no extra charge (as it should be). We have had to reset the battery charger a couple of times - so check to be sure it's working, don't plugin and assume it's okay. At about 750 miles, the tires had bald spots & we replaced them. It is a very heavy bike - around 80 pounds, so it exceeds some transit capacities. Note: We added the mirrors (separate Amazon order) for safety, they are not standard. Overall, it rides really well. Is comfortable, fits my 5'9" son, and has been a great value. It is a little noisy - but all ebikes motors make noise. The brakes work great. At nearly 1,000 city miles in 3 months,

UPDATED. 4/25. Second update. Third update. 4/15. The bike showed up with damage. The axle to the front wheel has damage to the threads. There was a hole in the box. I will be contacting customer service and will report how the situation is handled. Axle threads are not a big deal. BUT, the bike is ruined. The steering head on the frame is bent beyond repair. I will need a whole new bike. I hope they handle this well. I will open a claim with visa just in case. UPDATE. 4/24/26. After 24 hrs no response I did let them know that I contacted visa. Soon after they did text me. I guess from China. They wanted to send me a new frame only and have everything switched over. No way. I wanted a new bike. Now, I did just receive my new bike and a $100 refund for my troubles. I will use the packaging to repack and resend them the broken bike. I will update again soon. New bike #2. Update The bike is undamaged BUT... the display doesn't match what's in the owners manual. The NFC cards don't work so I have to put a 4 digit code each to turn the bike on. AND...I can't unlock the higher speed (35/38?) Mph. Since the manual is for the old screen, the new display is different. This is VERY annoying. A huge reason for buying this bike is to have option of high speed. As of now it goes 20mph max. I have written customer service (Saturday evening) and will wait reply. Once again, I will contact Visa in case a claim has to be made. I would highly encourage to make sure your credit card has buyer protection. I really like the bike but these issues are not good. Will update as soon as I learn the fix. Update 4/30/26. All is well. The NFC card needs to be swiped over buttons, not display. Figured out how to unlock dater speed but definitely going to buy the unlocked controller. Customer service is out of China so there is a time difference. I won't call it exceptional but they did address my issues. Im super happy with the bike now. For the price point its great. Suspension is kinda clunky but it works. Brakes are good. Shifts great. Headlight is adequate. Has brake light and turn signals. I will put some kind of basket or bag on the back as I need a way to carry stuff. Its so practical AND fun. I plan to take care of it and see how long it will last.

Just bought this Bike from Amazon (said its was a Freesky 3500W BAFANG but the user manual it came with says Freesky Swift Horse Pro X-6E) Motor says 1000W so Im assuming it peaks at 3500. Without controller; Im typically averaging 25mph. I Can PAS level 5 to 30+ with ease. I just bought the controller today so I can test the throttle alone. I am 6'1" 280lbs. This bike tackles 30° grades at 15mph with PAS. I love this bike. A very nice upgrade from my VEEFA M2 commuter 500W.
